Your personal data shall be processed by Codahead sp. z o.o. sp. k. for recruitment purposes under Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code (in the case of permanent employment and provision of data covered by this provision, such as: name, date of birth, place of residence, address for correspondence, and education and results of the same) or on the basis of your consent in accordance with Article 6 section 1(a) and Article 9 section 2(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).

Personal data can be disclosed to employees or co-employees of the data controller and entities granting support to them on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with the concluded entrustment contracts.
Your personal data shall be processed in the course of the present recruitment process and, in the case of expressing additional consent, your personal data shall be processed for the needs of future recruitment processes until you revoke the consent, not longer however than for the period of 2 years. In the case of completing the recruitment process, if additional consent has not been expressed for the future recruitment processes or in the case of revoking the consent on data processing for the needs of future recruitment processes, your personal data shall be processed exclusively in the form of archiving, for evidence purposes, for the period provided for the expiry of the time limit provided for bringing actions which shall amount to up to 5 years.
You have the right to demand access to your personal data, the right to rectify and delete them, the right to limit their processing, and raise objection against processing, as well as the right to transfer data. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Revoking consent shall not affect compliance with the processing right, which has been expressed on the basis of your consent prior to its revoking.
Moreover, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. Provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, refusal to provide data shall result in omitting your candidacy in the recruitment procedure. We would like to inform you that decisions concerning recruitment shall be taken in an automated manner.
